Zhangjiagang Feihang Technology Co., Ltd. is a company integrating research, development and production, specializing in the production of bio-based polymer materials, fine chemicals and other products.
The company covers an area of more than 43,000 square meters, with a registered capital of 74,348,126 yuan. It currently has more than 50 employees, 20 technical personnel of various types, including 10 senior titles or above. For more than 20 years, it has cooperated with domestic research institutes such as Nanjing Southeast University, Nanjing University, and Nanjing University of Technology. Under the long-term technical guidance of experts, the equipment has been continuously updated, the process has been continuously improved, the variety has been continuously increased, the quality has been increasingly improved, and the market has been increasingly expanded. It mainly produces bio-based polyol series products and fine chemical series products. In 1998, it cooperated with Southeast University to research and develop a new process for the production of salicylaldehyde products by phenol oxidation. In 2012, we cooperated with Nanjing University of Technology to develop and successfully developed bio-based polyols in 2016, which can replace the petroleum-based product 4110 rigid foam polyether on the market. At the same time, we also successfully developed bio-based polyols of various functionalities, which are used in the fields of polyurethane adhesives and coatings. A total of 41 authorized invention patents have been obtained, including 12 international patents. The company plans to invest a total of 250 million yuan, and the annual production of 80,000 tons of bio-based polyols has also started phased investment. For the sustainable development of the polyurethane industry, to use renewable resources to replace the resource shortage and high price of bulk chemical raw materials that rely on petroleum refining, it is of great significance to promote the transformation and upgrading of the polyurethane industry, promote green economic growth, and promote the integration of agriculture and industry.
