Since 2019, this unit has applied the new bio-based polyol products and new polymerization technology for polyurethane anti-corrosion coatings jointly developed by Nanjing University of Technology and Zhangjiagang Feihang Technology Co., Ltd., which can fully replace traditional petrochemical-based polyols and have been successfully applied in the field of polyurethane anti-corrosion coatings. The product has been tested and evaluated by customers, and its adhesion, impact resistance, salt spray resistance and other indicators are better than traditional petrochemical-based polyols. In the past three years, it has been applied in large-scale inter-basin water diversion projects such as the Yangtze River to Huaihe River Project. Since then, the product quality has been stable. The cumulative new sales volume has reached 238 million yuan, and the new profit has reached 32 million yuan.
